Set Up and Use the Integration
Integration Setup
- Using an Administrator account, click on your profile icon (top-right), then select Integrations.
- Click the Add Integration button.
- Select the HawkSoft option.
- You'll be returned to the Integrations tab and you'll see the HawkSoft integration is now active.
- If you would like to automatically email agents HawkSoft prospect info when it's received, click the gear icon on the integration to select this setting.
How to Use the HawkSoft Integration
- From the activity dashboard, expand the data pull you'd like to use.
- Review the policy information.
- Select the policy you would like to send and click Generate HawkSoft Import File.
- Click on the files to download them to your computer. Once downloaded, you'll be able to upload the files into HawkSoft.
- From the saved document in your File Explorer, right click and select Open With then HawkSoft to send the file to HawkSoft.
