Set Up and Use the Integration
To set up this integration, you will need to be on the Agency Plus, Agency Complete,or Agency Pro plan with Canopy Connect, as well as an active QuoteRUSH license. Here's how to set it up:
Integration Setup (Administrators)
- Once signed into QuoteRUSH, click Marketplace and choose Canopy Connect.
- Click the ‘Add Integration’ button.
- You’ll be sent to a Canopy Connect page where you’ll select ‘Grant Access.’
- You’ll be redirected back to QuoteRUSH and get a confirmation message that your integration setup is complete.
- If you have multiple agencies in QuoteRUSH, you’ll be able to select which Canopy links you want mapped to which agency account.
Using QuoteRUSH with Canopy Connect:
- Send your prospect your personalized link via text, email, or QR code. You can alternatively embed this on your website
- Your prospect will consent to sharing their information, find their carrier, and sign in.
- Behind the scenes, Canopy Connect will collect verified insurance data from the insurance carrier portal—then normalize and enrich the data.
- This information is automatically sent to QuoteRUSH as a new lead with pre-filled fields for all the client, home, drivers, and auto information, as well as coverages, and more. Complete or modify any additional fields that are required.
- From here, you can create a quote as you normally would in QuoteRUSH.
