Set Up and Use the Integration
To set up this integration, you will need to be on the Agency Plus, Agency Complete, or Agency Pro plan with Canopy Connect, and have an active TurboRater account. Here's how to set it up:
Integration Setup (Administrators)
- Using an Administrator account, click on the Integrations button in the top right.
- Click the ‘Add Integration’ button.
- Choose the TurboRater option.
- You'll be returned to the Integrations tab and you'll see the TurboRater integrations is now active.
- OPTIONAL: To enter the Location ID and User ID, click the gear icon on the integration to select this setting. If you would like to automatically email agents TurboRater prospect info when it's received, this option is on this screen as well.
Using TurboRater with Canopy Connect:
- From the activity dashboard, expand the data pull you'd like to use.
- Review the policy information.
- Select the policy you would like to send and click Submit to TurboRater.
- A new window for TurboRater will open. The new customer information is created and successfully imported.
- From here, you can create a quote as you normally would in TurboRater.
