See Driving Records and Claims History in Canopy Connect

We’ve added Driving Records and Claims History in your Canopy Connect Activity Dashboard. 

With this new data, you can get a better understanding of a prospect's driving and claims history. This information can be particularly useful during discovery, as it can provide valuable context about any incidents and allow you to make more informed decisions about the coverage you offer and tailor your quotes to each individual's needs. 

Driving Records

For Driving Records, you’ll see the date of the incident, whether it is an accident or violation, type of violation, the driver involved, and if they were at fault.

With Claims History, we surface any claims that occurred and include: the date of the claim, the associated policy, type of claim, the carrier’s claim identifier, amount paid out, and the status of the claim.

This data is now shown for all Canopy Connect subscriptions.
